This workbook is used in conjunction with cuisenaire rods and it is recommended that your child has some cuisenaire rods to use alongside the workbook. It is also possible to use digital cuisenaire rods but having the physical rods is far more effective.
This workbook follows on from Pattern Seeking, which helps to develop the skills of searching for patterns. This is a fundamental skill which students use to help them with doubling numbers.
